2 practical sessions and 3 h of break in between.. and all we did in the practical was to look into microscope for cell biology..but then the samples that we were dealing with was blood.. so eeks la.. for hpi.. we did a ELISA test... quite tedious and a lot of waiting time.. this time round we were also dealing with blood.. one of the sample contains hep B.. so we have to be very careful and make sure that all of us were wearing glove.. but then... i am so clumsy la.. i broke the well holding my samples and it dropped into the disinfectant basin.. and guess what.. all my anitbodies in the well die le.. in the end our results were all invalid.. oh man.. then we still have to write lab report.. freak la.. i like hai until my friends like that.. |
