wth.. it was so painful la.. since yesterday.. i put on the biting plate with the rubber band le.. at first it was notihng.. i could still eat like normal.. talk like normal.. but then in th morning when i wake up.. aahhh.. IT WAS SO PAINFUL! now i couldnt eat like normal.. talk like normal.. i guess i have to survive on porridge for this few days.. if i didnt talk.. it wasnt that painful.. but.. when i start talking.. IT IS HELL!! i wonder how am i going to present my uir presentation tmr.. maybe tmr might be better.. who knows..
